The 19th Annual Alma Arts and Music Festival will be held Sunday, September 5 starting at 11 a.m. under the trees on the eastern shore of the Mississippi River at the Alma Beach and Recreation Area in Alma, Wisconsin, just 15 minutes north of the cabins along the Great River Road.
