Swinging in the Street is a free Dance Party is located on third and center streets by Blooming Grounds in downtown Winona, Minnesota, just 30 minutes south of the cabins. Free dance sessions from 6-7 p.m. and live music by the La Crosse Jazz Orchestra from 7-9 p.m.
The 19th Annual Alma Arts and Music Festival will be held Sunday, September 5 starting at 11 a.m. under the trees on the eastern shore of the Mississippi River at the Alma Beach and Recreation Area in Alma, Wisconsin, just 15 minutes north of the cabins along the Great River Road. This family-friendly event will feature artist and food booths, face painting, kids crafts, and live music.
